The day started out as I got up and got ready to go to church. It was my parents turn to make the Sunday school breakfast, so I ate at church. Then I went to the three year olds class that I help in.
When I got there, Cooper, one of the little boys, was wondering why I was so late. Of course, he would not quite understand. We were doing craft and he grabbed a handful of crayons and pretended that they were planes and they somehow flew right in my face.
Then I went to church service. Pastor was preaching on The Coming Kingdoms, the earthly kingdom is related to time and takes place on this earth. After church we went home and ate lunch. Then I came up and stated to work on my website.
My Mom stated a Beth Moore Bible study every Wednesday, and she had missed the first class. She had borrowed the Stepping UP A Journey Through the Psalms of Ascent DVD and she wanted me to see the beginning of it. Where were they talk about the temple. The women could not go any further once they were at the foot of the stairs, but the men were allowed to go in to the court of the Israelites.
After I watched that part of the class, I was going up to my room, but then I went back and and watched the rest of it. Beth Moore was taking about getting on your face to worship God and that we have to get down before we can be lifted up.
Later that day I went to the youth thing at church and after we sang songs then Josh (our youth paster) went up to preach. Before he preached he wanted us, the whole youth, to get on our knees and pray to God.
By that time, as you could probably imagine, it was very much like what we as a church need to do, is pray. Before we can be lifted up, sometimes we need to get down on our knees and pray.
We as Christians don’t always remember to pray, except when we are in trouble. We should pray all the time, in good and bad times.
If you feel called to pray for someone, you should do it, before you do another thing. You do not know what is going on inside of them. Maybe they are struggling with something or are hurting inside. You can pray for them and love them.
God Bless You
